Gate News, April 13. On Sunday, the Aave DAO passed Aave Labs’ first Aave Will Win framework binding proposal. The proposal received 522,780 AAVE in support, 175,310 AAVE in opposition, with a support rate of about 75%. Based on the voting results, Aave Labs will receive a $25 million stablecoin grant, including an immediate allocation of 5 million aEthLidoGHO, as well as a total of 20 million aEthLidoGHO for streaming payments to be distributed over 6 months and 12 months. In addition, the Aave DAO will allocate 75,000 AAVE (about $6.8 million) from the ecosystem reserve, to be linearly unlocked over 48 months. In the vote, Aave Chan Initiative cast 166,200 AAVE votes in opposition; addresses such as ParaFi Capital (190,000 AAVE) and luggis.eth (123,580 AAVE) cast votes in support. The fund execution is scheduled for Monday afternoon, when the funds will begin flowing to the Aave Labs-controlled address.
