Gate News: On March 12, the main development branch of Bitcoin Core merged the Cluster Mempool update (PR #34616), which is expected to be included in the upcoming Bitcoin Core 31.0 release. This upgrade will redesign how nodes manage the mempool by grouping related transactions to improve block packing efficiency and optimize fee calculations for RBF (Replace-By-Fee) and CPFP (Child-Pays-For-Parent) transactions. The Bitcoin Core 31.0 version is expected to be released in the second half of 2026.
