Gate News Report, March 10 — Hefei High-tech Zone officially released the “Hefei High-tech Zone Action Plan for Building an Artificial Intelligence OPC Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Demonstration Zone (Draft for Comments),” introducing 15 support measures. The plan fully supports the implementation and development of open-source AI projects like OpenClaw, aiming to establish a new industry benchmark for “AI + super individuals/one-person companies (OPC).” The policy offers support across five key areas: space, talent, computing power, scenarios, and capital, with funding support of up to 10 million yuan.
