Gate News message, April 16 — Diginex, a Nasdaq-listed digital asset financial services company, has signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Resulticks Global Companies Pte Limited in an all-stock transaction valued at $1.5 billion, according to Globenewswire.
Resulticks is a provider of real-time AI customer intelligence solutions with annual revenue of approximately $150 million in 2025. Through the acquisition, Diginex aims to expand its offerings in customer intelligence and enterprise-grade AI agent solutions, leveraging Resulticks’ AI data capabilities.
The transaction is expected to close within 30 to 45 days, subject to customary closing conditions.
