Gate News message, April 22 — X has rolled out Custom Timelines, a new feature that allows users to pin specific topics to their home feed tabs and explore content across more than 75 interest categories. The product update was announced by Nikita Bier, X’s product lead and Solana advisor.
The Custom Timelines feature is powered by Grok for content understanding and leverages the platform’s algorithm to provide personalized recommendations. Each timeline dynamically generates based on user interests, with enhanced performance in topics where users already have interaction preferences.
The feature is currently available for early access to iOS Premium subscribers, with an Android version expected to launch shortly.
