Nimrod, seeing Abraham (the ancestor and prophet of the three Abrahamic religions) as an obstacle to his tyranny, wanted to punish him by throwing him into a fire. He had a huge fire lit in the middle of the square. All the living creatures scattered upon seeing the fire. However, one ant, carrying a drop of water in its mouth, rushed towards the enormous fire in a panic. Another ant, seeing it, asked, "Where are you going in such a hurry?" The ant replied, "Didn't you hear? Nimrod is going to throw Abraham into the fire!" The other ant, with a mocking expression, said, "You must not have seen the fire. It's a huge fire. There's no other option but to run away. Do you think you'll put out that fire with that one drop of water in your mouth?" To which the ant carrying the water responded, "At least let's know where we're going."
