Fed: Traders are betting on a nearly 50% chance that the Fed will cut rates for the fourth time this year, after forecasting only three. 2. European Central Bank: Traders have increased their bets on interest rate cuts, with a 90% chance of a rate cut in April and a 68 basis point cut this year. 3. Bank of England: Interest rate futures are pricing in a BoE rate cut of around 60bps for the remainder of 2025, compared to the previous expectation of 54.2bps. 4. RBA: Bond markets are pricing in a dovish, with an 85% chance of a 25bp RBA rate cut in May, followed by a 25bp cut in August and November. 5. Bank of Japan: Bets on an early rate hike by the BoJ have decreased, with swaps suggesting that the probability of a 25bp hike in May has dropped to 9.5%.
