Huarui Precision: Huarui convertible bond conversion price adjusted to 64.79 yuan/share

Jin10 data June 12 news, Huarei Precision announced that due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, Huarei convertible bonds will stop converting into shares from June 18, 2025, until the equity distribution registration date. The equity distribution plan is to distribute a cash dividend of 6 yuan (after tax) for every 10 shares, and to transfer 4 shares for every 10 shares from the capital reserve. The adjusted conversion price is 64.79 yuan/share, and the adjustment implementation date is the first trading day after the equity distribution registration date. Convertible bondholders wishing to enjoy the equity distribution must convert their bonds before June 17, 2025.
