Uniswap创始人反对将DeFi开发者按中心化机构监管

Odaily星球日报讯 Uniswap 创始人 Hayden Adams 发文指出，部分传统金融机构正推动美国 SEC 将去中心化协议的软件开发者视同中心化中介进行监管。他提到相关机构曾在宪法 DAO 竞拍事件中产生争议，如今又主张 DeFi 协议无法满足“公平接入”标准。Adams 表示，所谓“公平接入”被用作加强监管的理由，而开源、点对点技术本身能够降低流动性创建门槛，与传统做市商模式存在根本差异。
