On December 3, Jinshi Data reported that according to local Colombian media on December 1, the Sudanese military issued a statement stating that Colombian mercenaries joined the Sudan Rapid Support Forces and participated in Sudan’s armed conflict, of which 22 died in a conflict in Fasher Town, and more than 300 were missing. Colombia is investigating the company that dispatched the mercenaries.
