Gate.io News bot, TheMinerMag reported that Adam Back and two of his affiliates are applying to a U.S. court to enforce the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center’s arbitral award against the (Innosilicon) of Innosilicon. According to the complaint, Innosilicon had found hidden cracks in the mining machine chip in March 2018, but still completed the delivery in September 2018.
The HKIAC found that Innosilicon had breached all three contracts and ordered it to pay Blockstream 425.98 BTC, Thigmotropism 1,393.79 BTC, and Back 51.84 BTC.
