How much does the difference in thinking influence destiny?

Yesterday’s delivery orders were extremely few,

Unreasonably few,

Usually, outside of the lunch and dinner peaks, orders are relatively sparse,

But yesterday,

Even during those two peaks, there were no orders,

They were all scattered,

In other words,

I left home at 9 a.m. and only completed 15 orders by 7 p.m.

This day made me very angry,

I kept cursing on the road,

Saying that now is the off-season for the industry,

There are so few orders,

But the company is hiring more and more people,

Hiring so many people,

No one is having a good time.

After finishing,

I cursed and grumbled as I went home,

My mood was very bad,

Thinking about what to do in the future? Where is the way out?

I have a habit,

That is, when I feel disappointed in reality,

I look at the experiences of those who came before me,

Inject some energy into myself,

And gain some inspiration.

Yesterday I turned on my computer,

Watched a blogger’s video about great people,

Let me put it this way,

All worries were cast aside,

They disappeared,

It’s so magical,

Great people truly are great,

Just looking at their deeds is incredibly powerful.

Alright,

No more nonsense,

Let’s get straight to the point.

Actually, I started reading about great people a few years ago,

But at that time, I was young and inexperienced,

Lacked social experience,

All I read was passion,

Didn’t learn much practical knowledge,

It was like Red Bull,

A can of energy,

But it dissipates quickly.

But today, after two months of daily study,

I looked at the deeds of great people again,

And I discovered something very important,

Maybe this is the huge difference between great people and ordinary people,

And that is the difference in thinking.

Let’s take an example,

Just a hypothetical,

There is a huge stone in the middle of the road,

Blocking the way of pedestrians,

An ordinary person seeing this scene,

Would instinctively start complaining,

Saying how unlucky they are,

How cruel fate is,

Watching their destination,

They can only fret in place.

The same scene,

If a great person were to see it,

Their first reaction wouldn’t be to complain,

But to ask themselves, what can I do? Climb over? Go around? Or gather passersby and work together to move the stone? And after the great person solves this problem,

They wouldn’t see it as a difficulty,

They might even stand on the stone and look at the mountain scenery below,

Burst into poetic inspiration.

See,

This is a typical difference in thinking,

And also the biggest difference between people,

The same stone,

An ordinary person sees difficulty,

A great person sees interest,

A perfect stepping stone for poetry.

And this way of thinking,

It penetrates into all aspects of a person’s life,

Because ordinary people, when faced with problems, tend to complain and form a habit,

Deeply ingrained,

To the point where they have no control over their lives,

Can only go with the flow,

Let fate decide,

In plain terms, give up,

Lie flat.

And a great person,

No matter what kind of cards they are dealt,

Even if the odds are against them,

They will find their own initiative within,

And maximize it,

Finally turning the situation around against all odds.

What is a strong person? What is a strong mindset? A great person is.

Alright,

By studying great people,

And reflecting on myself,

I found that my mind is filled with a weak mindset,

I always like to dwell on things I can’t change and waste my energy,

For example, the industry’s off-season,

For example, the company’s move to increase team size,

As a rider, I can’t change these,

So what’s the point of dwelling on them? Pure waste of time and energy.

What should I do?

I should deeply understand myself,

What kind of cards I have been dealt,

Open my eyes to see what kind of environment I am in,

In this situation,

What can I change? What can I do? And can I maximize what I can do,

To the infinite extent,

Until the influence becomes unchangeable?

Of course,

This process won’t be quick,

After all, these are ingrained flaws from childhood,

Now that I realize this problem,

I must consciously,

Pull out the roots of this weak mindset,

Dig them out one by one,

Clean them up,

Replace the person, change the mind.

This thing is very frightening,

Every curse I utter strengthens my weak mindset,

Over time, I won’t be myself anymore,

But a cursing machine,

Lacking initiative.

I’m still young,

Mistakes are not scary,

What’s scary is not realizing your mistakes,

Because I am young,

I have plenty of time to change,

And this will be a very important footnote for my future life.
