The underlying logic of financing plans and meme coins is actually not much different; ultimately, it's a combination of strategies.
In the early stages, it's important to carefully craft or select a compelling story, then use the power of funding to boost popularity, further strengthen the credibility of the story, and get more and more people on board. In this process, storytelling ability, the resources of the operators, the timing of entry, and the overall market environment—these are all indispensable.
As the saying goes, you need to have the right timing, favorable conditions, and harmony among people.
Community is very important, but relying solely on the community's strength is far from enough. Funding must keep pace to truly boost the project's market visibility. Conversely, participation from only the funding side won't work either; without a capable team to push the narrative forward, no matter how much money there is, it’s useless. The balance and coordination among these elements determine how far the project can go.

That's right, this is the art of liquidity. Capital, narrative, timing—missing any one of them can lead to failure. I've seen too many projects with money but no strategy die very quickly.

That was a great explanation. Basically, it's a capital story tactic; fundraising and meme coins are indeed the same playbook.

Basically, it's about storytelling + throwing money in + watching for the right moment. Missing any one of these makes it impossible to operate.
A nicer way to say it is fundraising; a less nice way is a scam to harvest leeks. Essentially, there's no big difference.
Without capital backing, it's impossible; without good communication skills, it's also impossible. Just having community enthusiasm isn't enough to sustain it. In the end, it still depends on the cooperation of people and money.
Nowadays, everything is about storytelling, but no matter how good the story is, if no one is willing to pay, it's all pointless. It still depends on who has more money in their pocket and is willing to spend it.
