Texture Capital is one of the few companies licensed by FINRA and the SEC as a broker-dealer for digital asset securities. They tokenize securities using blockchain technology; their platform facilitates interactions between companies, funds, and investors. Additionally, they aggregate private market liquidity and automate many of the complex administrative and compliance requirements surrounding transactions and ongoing shareholder engagement.
