U.S. stocks open lower, Dow Jones down 0.14%, Google's parent company plans to issue bonds to raise $15 billion

ChainCatcher News, according to Gate Market Data, as the U.S. stock market opens, the Dow Jones Industrial Average drops 0.14%, the S&P 500 declines 0.24%, and the Nasdaq Composite falls 0.34%. Google's parent company Alphabet plans to raise approximately $15 billion through dollar bond issuance, with its stock price down 0.58%. Novo Nordisk rises 4.4%, while Hims & Hers drops 22.6% after Novo Nordisk sued the latter over Wegovy generic weight-loss drugs.
