7-Eleven Sues Nike Over Air Max 95 Big Bubble QS 2 Color Scheme; Shoe Removed from SNKRS

According to media reports, 7-Eleven filed a lawsuit against Nike on July 2 at the U.S. District Court for Northern District of Texas, alleging the Air Max 95 Big Bubble QS 2 (style code IR1944-102) infringes its trademark through a color scheme on the shoe's lateral stripe that closely mirrors 7-Eleven's signature orange, green, and red horizontal stripes. 7-Eleven also claimed Nike deliberately scheduled the shoe's release for July 11, coinciding with 7-Eleven Day, constituting trademark infringement, unfair competition, and commercial misappropriation under the U.S. Lanham Act.

As of July 6, Nike has not issued an official response. The shoe has been removed from the SNKRS app in certain regions.
