A-Share Indices Rally on H1 Close, CSI 500 Tech Surges 64% in First Half as Daily Turnover Hits 3.29 Trillion Yuan

According to ChainCatcher, Chinese A-share indices closed higher today (June 30), marking the end of the first half. The CSI 500 Tech index (科创50) led gains with a 3.85% surge to 2,207.86 points, while the Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.50% to 4,094.40 points and the Shenzhen Component Index gained 2.48% to 16,205.56 points. For the first half overall, CSI 500 Tech surged over 64%, with the Shenzhen index up nearly 20% and the ChiNext Index advancing over 35%.

Daily turnover across Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing exchanges reached 3.29 trillion yuan, down 245.5 billion yuan from the previous trading session.
