Adnoc LNG Carrier Umm Al Ashtan Heads Toward Strait of Hormuz on June 29

According to Bloomberg ship-tracking data, Adnoc's liquefied natural gas carrier Umm Al Ashtan was steaming toward the western entrance of the Strait of Hormuz on Monday (June 29) after loading cargo from the company's Das Island export facility over the weekend. The vessel is positioned off the northern coast of the United Arab Emirates with its next destination signal set to Fujairah, located beyond the Persian Gulf. The ship may not necessarily transit through the Strait of Hormuz, as it could make intermediate stops or reverse course.
