According to Alipay, on July 8, the company integrated AI agent Xiaoyu into its Tap! merchant devices to enable AI-powered tools for offline businesses in China. The Tap! platform, launched two years ago, now supports 30 million devices, 400 million users, and millions of merchants. With the integration, merchants can leverage Xiaoyu for operations analysis and Taobao Instant Commerce order fulfillment through Ele.me delivery.
