Alphabet Raises $35 Billion via Public Offering, Brings Total Funding to $85 Billion This Week

According to PANews, Alphabet completed an underwritten public offering this week, raising $35 billion against its original plan of $30 billion, bringing the total funding for this round to $85 billion. The company plans to use the proceeds to expand data center capacity and acquire computing resources to support large language model training and deployment.

Alphabet also announced that Gemini reached over 900 million monthly active users, with paid subscriptions reaching 350 million recently. Gemini 3.5 Pro is expected to launch in June.
