APAC AI Adoption Reaches 74%, But Only 21% Can Retain AI Talent: Aon Study

According to Aon's 2026 Human Capital Trends Study released on June 3, 74% of organizations in Asia-Pacific had deployed or were piloting AI programs, slightly ahead of the global average of 73%. However, only 21% of respondents said they could effectively recruit and retain enough AI talent, highlighting a significant regional challenge.

The survey covered 2,361 business and human resources leaders globally, with 504 respondents from Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. The study was conducted from November 2025 to January 2026.
