Arm Executives Offload $25.6M in Stock Within Days Before Record Rally

According to Barron's, four Arm executives collectively sold approximately $25.6 million in company stock between mid-May and early June, just days before the chipmaker's shares surged to record highs. Chief Legal Officer Spencer Collins led the selling, offloading $8.8 million worth of shares on May 19 at $215 per share, eliminating his direct holdings. Human Resources Chief Charlotte Eaton sold $4.2 million across two days starting May 20; Business Executive Will Abbey unloaded $8.2 million over five trading days; and Chief Accounting Officer Laura Bartels sold $4.4 million on June 2 at $392.70 per share. The timing proved unfortunate, as Arm stock rallied to close at a record $411.83 on June 3, driven by Nvidia's unveiling of the RTX Spark superchip featuring Arm's CPU architecture.
