Barrick Mining Evacuates Employees from Two Northern Chile Camps by Helicopter After Storm

According to Barrick Mining Corp., the company will begin evacuating employees stranded at its Barriales and Potrerillos camps in northern Chile by helicopter starting Friday, following a severe storm that cut off road access. The company stated in a statement that personnel at both facilities remain in good health and have access to power, food, water, heating, and medical services.
