According to Shaanxi Ganquan County Transportation Bureau, early on May 25, a mountain collapse triggered a bridge collapse on the county's expressway connector at K5+500, damaging 2 vehicles and injuring 3 people. The incident was caused by sustained heavy rainfall. The three injured were transported to medical facilities immediately with stable vital signs. Emergency response teams from municipal and county levels, including departments of emergency management, transportation, public security, and health, deployed to the scene for rescue operations. Bridge repair work is currently underway.
