Brit Child Banned from Russia After Exposing Putin's Crypto Money Laundering

According to Russia's foreign ministry, on June 2 Alexander Browder, a 17-year-old British student, was banned from entering Russia after he compiled a database of illicit cryptocurrency transactions used to circumvent Western sanctions. The teenager became the first child to face sanctions from the Kremlin for exposing Russian money laundering operations. Russia's foreign ministry claimed Browder was sanctioned for "circulating defamatory speculations" about Russian policy, while the schoolboy said he would wear the restriction "as a badge of honour" and vowed to continue his work to cut off Russia's crypto supply.
