Gate announces a strategic cooperation with Alpaca, and will soon launch real-stock trading services, covering more than 10,000 US stocks and ETFs

Gate News: According to an official announcement from Gate, the company has entered into a strategic partnership with Alpaca to launch real stock trading services for eligible users.

Through this collaboration, Gate users will gain access to more than 10,000 stocks and ETFs listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq. The service supports fractional share trading with a minimum investment of just $1, allowing users to trade stocks and ETFs directly using USDT.

As the clearing broker partner, Alpaca will be responsible for key functions including order execution, clearing, settlement, and asset custody. The partnership will also support dividend distributions and corporate action processing. This integration enables Gate users to seamlessly access both digital assets and traditional financial markets within a unified account system.

Gate stated that the partnership represents an important step in advancing its multi-asset strategy and further strengthens its vision of building a unified platform that bridges digital assets and traditional financial markets. Currently, Gate serves more than 54 million users worldwide and has expanded its offerings beyond cryptocurrencies to include stocks, indices, metals, commodities, and foreign exchange markets.
