According to CCTV, Central African Republic President Faustin-Archange Touadéra signed an executive order on May 21 announcing new government appointments. The order includes 4 state ministers, 26 ministers, and 2 ministerial-level representatives. Several officials were reappointed, including Justice Minister Arnould Yoube Abazeneh and Foreign Affairs Minister Sylvie Baipo Temon, while former Energy Minister Athanase Bertrand Piriba was appointed State Minister of Equipment and Public Works.
