China and Egypt's Central Banks Renew Currency Swap Agreement, Expand Scale to 300 Billion CNY on June 3

According to Jin10, on June 3, the People's Bank of China (PBoC) and Egypt's Central Bank renewed their bilateral local currency swap agreement and expanded its scale to 300 billion Chinese yuan (CNY) or 2030 billion Egyptian pounds (EGP), up from the previous 180 billion CNY/807 billion EGP. The agreement has a three-year validity period and may be extended by mutual agreement.
