China and Serbia Re-sign Bilateral Currency Swap Agreement, Strengthen Financial Cooperation on May 25

According to a joint statement issued on May 25, China and Serbia agreed to strengthen financial cooperation and re-sign their bilateral currency swap agreement. The two countries will encourage their financial institutions to use renminbi swap funds to support trade and investment activities, and promote Serbia's renminbi clearing bank to expand bilateral renminbi settlement.
