According to China's Securities Regulatory Commission, the CSRC and Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission recently held their 17th bilateral enforcement cooperation meeting. The enforcement heads from both sides discussed recent capital market enforcement actions, trends in violations, and ongoing case handling. The meeting focused on cross-border enforcement cooperation, intelligence sharing, and coordinated efforts to combat new types of cross-border violations.
