China's Shengli Jiyang Shale Oil Zone Hits 2 Million Tons Cumulative Production on May 25

According to China National Petroleum Corp., the Shengli Jiyang shale oil national demonstration zone reached cumulative production of 2 million tons on May 25. The zone has confirmed reserves of 3.27 billion tons and estimated resources of 10.5 billion tons, equivalent to discovering a new large oilfield alongside Shengli Oil Field's existing capacity.
