Chinese Yuan Weakens Against U.S. Dollar; USD/CNY Rises to 6.8502 on May 8

On May 8, the Chinese yuan weakened against the U.S. dollar, with the USD/CNY mid-rate rising 15 basis points to 6.8502 on the interbank foreign exchange market. The EUR/CNY mid-rate declined 112 basis points to 8.0139.
