Today, Claude launched a new monthly usage review feature, according to PANews. The feature is currently being tested across the web version, desktop app, and Free, Pro, and Max subscription tiers. Users can view personalized dashboards in the Reflect panel under Settings, which displays their most active usage times, busy days, and topic distribution based on enabled memory history. The feature also includes options to set quiet hours and enable rest reminders. The usage statistics exclude private sessions and health integration data.
