According to an official statement, Cleanspark signed a 20-year lease agreement expected to generate $6.6 billion in contracted revenue, with potential to reach $11.6 billion if two five-year extension options are exercised. The triple-net lease covers 175 MW of critical IT load at Cleanspark's Sandersville, Georgia campus, with deliveries expected to begin in Q4 2027. The unnamed tenant was described as a leading global technology company with investment-grade credit profile.
The same tenant has signed a letter of intent and exclusivity arrangement covering Cleanspark's entire Texas portfolio, which spans 718 acres and includes up to 885 MW of secured and planned power capacity across its Sealy and Brazoria campuses. The lease is expected to deliver approximately $330 million in average annual net operating income contribution.
