According to Corning, on May 6 the company and Nvidia signed a securities purchase agreement as part of their long-term partnership. Corning issued Nvidia warrants worth $500 million, including traditional warrants to purchase up to 15 million shares of Corning common stock at an exercise price of $180 per share, and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 3 million shares at an exercise price of $0.0001 per share.
