Ryft, founded in 2024 by CEO Yossi Reitblat, CTO Yuval Yogev, and VP R&D Guy Gadon, has raised $8 million to date. The startup develops software to manage enterprise data access for AI systems. Ryft's team will join Cyera's AI security division, with Reitblat leading that unit.

Cyera recently closed a $400 million Series F funding round at a $9 billion valuation. The Ryft acquisition marks Cyera's fourth deal in five years as it expands its AI security platform.
