Cyera Agrees to Acquire Oasis Security for $1 Billion on Tuesday

According to Techcrunch, AI data security company Cyera agreed to acquire Oasis Security for approximately $1 billion on Tuesday (July 28), with the deal to be paid primarily in cash with remaining portions in Cyera stock.

Cyera recently closed a $600 million funding round at a $12 billion valuation. Oasis Security, founded in 2022 and focused on non-human identity security for AI agents, has raised approximately $195 million to date. Cyera plans to integrate Oasis's technology into a unified identity and data security platform following the acquisition.
