According to Douyin AI's official statement on June 3, the company plans to introduce a professional version targeting specialized professionals in software development, data analysis, professional design, workflow automation, financial analysis, and scientific research.

Core features including search, Q&A, writing, image generation, and voice and video conversations will remain free. The company confirmed it will not degrade basic feature experience to drive premium adoption and will continue delivering new models and capabilities to free users. The professional version is currently in testing, with a formal launch announcement to follow.
