East Ventures Leads $7M Seed Round for Bangkok-Based Amity Robotics

According to Amity Robotics, on July 1, the Bangkok-based physical AI and robotics company closed a US$7 million seed round combining equity and debt financing. East Ventures led the equity portion, with participation from 500 Global, while AlteriQ Global led the debt portion.

Amity Robotics' ARC Base concierge kiosks are currently deployed at over 30 properties across Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The company also announced its first European deployment scheduled for July. Its mobile robot, ARC Move, is designed to guide customers at retail and hospitality venues.
