According to Ethereum Korea, two Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIP-8250 and EIP-8272) were unveiled this week to enable censorship-resistant privacy transactions without relayers. EIP-8250 introduces Keyed Nonces to eliminate transaction ordering conflicts when multiple users share the same privacy contract, while EIP-8272 enables verification frameworks to access pre-validated recent Merkle roots securely. Both proposals build on EIP-8141, which treats privacy protocol contracts as shared accounts.

Arbitrum Foundation has requested approximately $43.5 million from the Arbitrum DAO to fund one year of operations, nearly double the DAO's 2025 revenue of $23.49 million. The request comes as initial allocations from the 2023 AIP-1.1 grant of 750 million ARB near depletion, raising community questions about budget efficiency and future performance metrics.
