EU Council Announces Sanctions on 1 Russian Individual and 5 Entities on July 17

According to Jin10, the EU Council announced on July 17 that it imposed sanctions on 1 Russian individual and 5 Russian entities. Under EU sanctions regulations, assets held by the sanctioned individuals and entities within the EU will be frozen, EU persons and institutions are prohibited from providing funds or economic resources to them, and sanctioned individuals are banned from entry or transit through EU territory.
