NG-1.19%
According to Wood Mackenzie, European Union natural gas storage will fall to 76% by the end of the supply season (April to October), marking the lowest level since 2011, as the heating season approaches. Higher gas prices are expected for households and businesses this winter. EU storage facilities started the supply replenishment season with only 28% capacity, below historical averages following an unusually cold winter. According to the European Gas Infrastructure Association (GIE), current average storage stands at 48%.
