On July 7, European stock indices opened mixed. Germany's DAX 30 fell 42.58 points (down 0.16%) to 25,789.94; France's CAC 40 rose 28.26 points (up 0.33%) to 8,508.13; the Stoxx 50 declined 18.06 points (down 0.28%) to 6,379.95. The UK's FTSE 100 gained 7.56 points (up 0.07%) to 10,659.33; Spain's IBEX 35 increased 25.79 points (up 0.13%) to 19,709.59; and Italy's FTSE MIB rose 38.36 points (up 0.07%) to 52,997.50.
