EX.IO Completes First Compliant SpaceX Equity-Linked Token Distribution on Hong Kong VATP

According to Foresight News, EX.IO, a Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset trading platform, has completed the issuance and distribution of SpaceX equity-linked depository receipt (DR) tokens in Asia-compliant manner, in partnership with DigiFT (a Singapore MAS-licensed platform) and PrimeX (a compliance-focused fintech company). The product marks Hong Kong’s first compliant private equity tokenization distribution on a licensed VATP. PrimeX handled underlying asset selection and structuring; DigiFT issued the DR tokens under Singapore’s regulatory framework; EX.IO served as the exclusive licensed distributor in Hong Kong for institutional and professional investors. The product supports fiat currency and stablecoin payments via blockchain infrastructure.
