According to CME Fed Watch tool data released on May 21, the probability of the Federal Reserve holding rates steady in June stands at 97.3%, with a 2.7% probability of a 25 basis point cut.

For July, the probability of maintaining current rates stands at 87.2%, with a 2.4% chance of a 25 basis point cut and a 10.4% probability of a 25 basis point rate hike.
