GateNews
According to Ford Motor (China) Limited, on May 22, the company recalled 7,133 imported Ford Explorer vehicles manufactured between October 1, 2017 and October 4, 2018 (model years 2017–2019). The rear suspension front camber control arm ball joints in certain vehicles can corrode and seize when exposed to road salt in winter, leading to arm fracture and reduced steering control. Ford will provide free replacement of the improved rear suspension control arm and wheel alignment inspection through authorized dealers to eliminate the safety hazard.
