GateNews

According to Bloomberg, four liquid natural gas tankers began loading fuel from a sanctioned Russian project over the weekend (May 17-18), expanding Moscow’s shadow fleet in efforts to circumvent Western export restrictions. Ship tracking data showed the Kosmos departed the Saam floating storage facility near Murmansk with increased draft depth, indicating cargo loading. The Merkuriy, Orion, and Luch—formerly operated by Oman—have also loaded or are en route to the facility.
