Gate News reports that, according to Gate’s official announcement, Gate has launched a stock trading feature that allows users to trade global stocks directly using USDT. The feature is only supported on the App side and requires upgrading to version 8.21.5 or higher.

After completing the platform’s basic identity verification, users can transfer USDT to a separate stock account in order to trade. Gate stock trading supports only USDT deposits and transfers; transfers are credited instantly and have no fees. During trading hours, users can place orders for chosen underlying assets, and market order trading is supported.
