According to Coinglass data cited by ChainCatcher, global cryptocurrency liquidations reached $125 million in the past 24 hours, with long liquidations totaling $48.12 million and short liquidations reaching $77.23 million. Bitcoin accounted for $3.73 million in long liquidations and $35.99 million in short liquidations, while Ethereum saw $6.15 million in long liquidations and $9.19 million in short liquidations. The largest single liquidation event occurred on Bitget's BTCUSDT_UMCBL pair, valued at $5.11 million.
