On Tuesday, global stock markets rallied, with Japan's Nikkei 225 index gaining 3.3%, China's Shanghai Composite rising 1.79%, and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index declining 0.04%. U.S. technology stocks led the rebound in pre-market trading, with spot silver surging 5% and Brent crude oil rebounding above $90 per barrel.
